Proposals and confirmation
Your itinerary, inclusions, current price, payment schedule and supplier-specific terms will be provided in writing. A booking is confirmed only after the stated deposit is received.
Travel responsibility
Guests are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance and for sharing relevant medical, mobility or dietary information before travel.
Changes
Requested changes may affect availability and cost. We will always explain these before proceeding.
Liability
Services are delivered with carefully selected local partners. Liability is subject to applicable Sri Lankan law and the final booking agreement.
