Cancellation terms are shown clearly before you confirm and reflect the conditions of the hotels and experiences selected for you.

Before confirmation
Your proposal will state the deposit, balance due date and cancellation schedule. Please review these before paying.
If you cancel
Tell us in writing as soon as possible. Charges depend on timing and the non-refundable commitments already made to suppliers.
If plans are disrupted
We will explain available alternatives and seek reasonable solutions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for cancellation, medical and disruption risks.
Refund timing
Where a refund is due, it is processed after recoverable supplier funds are received, less any disclosed fees or non-refundable costs.
