Why don't you show fixed prices?
Accommodation, guides and experiences vary by season and availability. We quote current rates around your preferred dates, travel style and budget.
Are your trips private?
Yes. Our signature journeys are designed for your own party, with private road transport and personal guiding unless a shared experience is specifically agreed.
Can I add a private guide or chauffeur-guide?
Yes. Guiding is a value-added option. Choose a private guide for specialist interpretation, or a chauffeur-guide who combines private driving with local knowledge. English is available as standard, while German and French are arranged on request, subject to availability.
Can you arrange adventure and ocean experiences?
Yes. We can add seasonal whale watching, snorkelling and surfing in Mirissa, hot air ballooning near Sigiriya, and ziplining in Ella. Every activity is confirmed around weather, season and current availability.
Can you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. We arrange private meet-and-greet transfers and coordinate them around your confirmed flights.
When is the best time to visit?
Sri Lanka can be visited year-round because weather patterns vary by coast and region. We will guide you toward the best route for your month.
Do you support dietary or accessibility needs?
Yes. Tell us early and we will recommend realistic routes, stays and experiences while communicating needs to our partners.
How do payments work?
Your proposal will show the deposit schedule, balance date, cancellation terms and available payment methods clearly before you confirm.
What happens if plans change?
Contact us immediately. We will explain the applicable supplier terms and work to make reasonable alternatives where possible.
Is support available during the trip?
Yes. You will have a local point of contact and a 24-hour emergency number while travelling with us.
